Woosh Washroom's ambition was to deliver an informative and refreshing publication covering the fundamentals of exceptional washroom management and to showcase the essentials that will make a washroom welcoming.


More than washroom reading, the resulting guide outlines everything businesses need to make innovative and effective washroom management a reality, told in a lighthearted tone. 


I was responsible for editing and writing the guide, which was developed around the simple concept of a dialogue between the company and the prospective client.


This structure endowed the guide with a more personable tone and helped make the 88-page read more digestible and enjoyable. 


The guide was created in close collaboration with the company founder, Wayne Magahy, as well as Martin Pickard, Liz Kentish and Beth Goodyear – three industry experts who proved particularly insightful interviewees.
